Refunds & Exchanges:
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied you may return your goods within 28 days, unwashed and unworn together with your receipt, and we will issue a credit note or exchange for the full price paid.
If you do not have a receipt then we will issue a credit note or offer an exchange based on the current selling price on the date of return. This does not affect your statutory rights and all goods must be in a saleable condition.
For your own protection you should obtain a Proof of Posting form from the Post Office so that you can claim from them for any lost parcel. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
We do not refund the cost of the returns postage except where the return is the result of our own error.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
